For focusing while playing, don’t listen to game audio, don’t listen to other things like youtube either, when the audio is gone all your attention goes to on screen action. Audio can affect performance, especially when it comes to boss fights. Without listening to any of it, your entire focus goes to the gameplay. It can help boost focus, especially to those who have good observational skills.
